The trading places program last for at minimum 4 weeks. We expose you to the three main trades, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and one other trades like carpentry or masonry.

The Tech Experience program last for a total of 4 weeks. It exposes you to 4 different careers in tech and gives you real world experience in each career.

In general, if you are a contractor looking to volunteer you can expect to spend at minimum of 4 hours with a program participant.

Age range is 16 - 25 years old.

This is on a case by case basis. Criminal background does not automatically disaqualify you from participating as a volunteer. We conduct background checks on all volunteers so please specify your criminal history and we will inform you if you can proceed.
